  Dignity Village is in the spotlight again. The Oregonian ran a story on Dignity village ` Nov. 21 2007 Metro section Front page written by Andy Dworkin

 " Like many of its residents,Dignity Village is working to build a permanent home and find a job with a steady income. "

The Village has working on differant ways to help maintain a Community Kitchen here in the Village, to feed Villagers and Homeless people outside the village, on a bigger scale. We are setting up a hotdog cart, maybe in the downtown Portland area, called " Dignity dogs "  and we will be setting  up a Thirft store in the village  as another way to support the Village Goals.
